# Review Queue

> Review and approve AI-generated content, automated actions, and pending workflows before they execute

The Review Queue (`/review-queue`) is your approval inbox for AI-generated actions. When Winnie suggests an email draft, a workflow queues a follow-up, or an automation prepares a message — items land here for your review before anything is sent.

## Why a review queue?

Not every AI action should fire automatically. The Review Queue gives you a human-in-the-loop checkpoint:

* **AI-drafted emails** — Review before sending
* **Automated SMS** — Approve marketing messages
* **Workflow outputs** — Verify before execution
* **Suggested tasks** — Accept, modify, or dismiss

## Using the review queue

### Reviewing items

Each item in the queue shows:

* **Type** — Email, SMS, Task, Note, Pipeline change
* **Contact** — Who it affects
* **Content preview** — What will be sent or done
* **Source** — Which workflow or AI feature generated it
* **Created** — When it was queued

### Taking action

For each item, you can:

| Action             | Effect                              |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------- |
| **Approve**        | Execute the action immediately      |
| **Edit & Approve** | Modify the content, then execute    |
| **Dismiss**        | Remove from queue without executing |
| **Snooze**         | Push to a later time for review     |

### Bulk actions

Select multiple items to approve or dismiss in batch. Useful when a workflow generates many similar items (e.g., a drip campaign step).

## Configuring what goes to review

In **Settings → AI**, you can control which actions require review:

* **Always review** — Every AI-generated action goes to the queue
* **Review new contacts only** — Only review actions for contacts you haven't interacted with before
* **Auto-approve trusted workflows** — Mark specific workflows as trusted to bypass review
* **Never review** — Full automation (use with caution)

  Setting "Never review" means AI-generated emails and SMS will send automatically. Make sure your templates and workflows are thoroughly tested first.
