# Files

> Centralized document storage for deals, contacts, and recordings — organized and accessible

The Files page (`/files`) is your central document library. All files associated with contacts, deals, properties, and recordings are accessible here in one place, without having to dig into individual records.

## File sections

| Section        | What it contains                                                                        |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Deals**      | Documents attached to deals — purchase agreements, disclosure forms, inspection reports |
| **People**     | Files uploaded to contact profiles — ID documents, signed forms, buyer profile PDFs     |
| **Recordings** | Call recordings from your phone history                                                 |

Click any section to browse the files within it.

## Uploading files

Files can be uploaded from:

* **This page** — Click **Upload** and select files from your device
* **Deal Detail page** — Drag files onto the Documents panel
* **Person Detail page** — Attach files to a contact directly
* **Property Detail page** — Upload listing documents

Supported formats: PDF, Word, Excel, images (JPG, PNG, WEBP), and common audio formats for recordings.

## Finding a file

Use the **search bar** at the top of the Files page to search by filename. Filter by:

* File type
* Date uploaded
* Linked deal or contact
* Uploaded by (for team workspaces)

## Sharing files

Click the share icon on any file to copy a secure link. Shared links require the recipient to be a member of your organization — external sharing is not supported for security reasons.

## Cloudflare R2 storage

Winnerr stores files in Cloudflare R2 for fast, durable, global access. Files are encrypted at rest. There is no per-file download limit.

## Storage limits

Storage quota depends on your subscription plan. View your current usage in **Settings → General → Storage**. Contact support if you need to increase your limit.
