# Favorites

> Quick access to your most important contacts, deals, and records

The Favorites page (`/favorites`) is your personal shortlist — any contact, deal, property, or record you've starred appears here, so you never have to search for the people and opportunities that matter most.

## Starring a record

You can favorite almost anything in Winnerr:

* **People** — open a contact and click the star icon in the header
* **Deals** — open a deal and star it from the detail page
* **Properties** — star a property from the property detail page

Starred items instantly appear in your Favorites list.

## What you'll see

The Favorites page displays a unified list of all your starred records, grouped by type (People, Deals, Properties). Each entry shows:

* Name and type
* Key detail (job title, deal value, property address)
* Last activity timestamp
* Quick-action buttons (call, email, message)

## Using favorites for daily workflows

Favorites work great as a daily call list or follow-up queue:

1. Star the contacts you need to reach today
2. Open Favorites at the start of your day
3. Work through each person — call, email, or log a note directly from the list
4. Un-star them once they've been contacted

  Pair Favorites with Tasks — star your hottest leads and create follow-up tasks on their contact records so you always know exactly what comes next.

## Removing a favorite

Un-star any record by clicking the star icon again on the record's detail page, or hover the item in the Favorites list and click the star to toggle it off.
