# Dashboard

> Your daily command center — choose the home-screen layout that fits how you work

The Home dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Winnerr. It gives you a complete picture of your day without digging through multiple screens — and you can choose the **layout** that matches how you work.

## Choose your dashboard style

Winnerr offers three dashboard styles. Pick the one that fits your workflow — your choice is saved to your account and follows you across devices.

<CardGroup cols={3}>
  <Card title="Command Center" icon="list-check">
    An action-first daily agenda — who to call, what's due, what moved, and your commission pace. No chat. **Recommended for most agents.**
  </Card>

  <Card title="Command Board" icon="gauge">
    A KPI board — commission pace, call/message/contact counts, open tasks, and a live activity ledger. Built for scanning the numbers.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Winnie (Chat)" icon="comments">
    The chat-first home base — ask Winnie what needs attention and let your AI assistant pull it up.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

### Switching styles

There are three ways to choose or change your style:

<Steps>
  <Step title="First-time setup">
    The first time you open the dashboard, you're asked to pick a style before continuing. There's no wrong choice — you can change it later.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Quick switch from the dashboard">
    Use the **style dropdown** in the top-right of the dashboard to switch instantly. The layout changes on the spot — no reload.
  </Step>

  <Step title="From Settings">
    Go to **Settings → Appearance → Dashboard Style** to change it any time.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Your dashboard style is per-user. Two agents in the same brokerage can each run a different layout, and your choice syncs across every device you sign in on.
</Note>

## Command Center

The default, action-first layout. It reads top-to-bottom in priority order so you can start your day in seconds:

* **Header** — today's date, a greeting, your commission progress toward target, and a one-tap **Start calling** button.
* **Call now** — a ranked shortlist of contacts to reach, each with a one-tap call action.
* **Due today** — your open tasks, soonest deadline first, with overdue items flagged.
* **What moved** — recent deal-stage changes, so you can see what shifted since you last looked.
* **Pulse** — your call, message, and contact counts at a glance.

<Tip>
  Command Center is built for the agent on the move — open it, read the top three sections, and tap to call. No typing required.
</Tip>

## Command Board

A flat KPI board for agents who'd rather scan numbers than read a list:

* **KPI tiles** — commission (toward target), calls, messages, and new contacts.
* **Pace to target** — a single progress bar showing how close you are to your commission goal.
* **Tasks** — your open tasks with due dates.
* **Activity** — a live ledger of recent calls, messages, emails, and deal updates.

## Winnie (Chat)

The conversational home base, centered on Winnie — your AI assistant.

### Winnie's AI briefing

Winnie gives you a personalized briefing built from your pipeline. This includes:

* Leads that have gone cold and need follow-up
* Deals at risk of stalling based on recent inactivity
* Upcoming tasks and appointments for today
* New leads that came in overnight
* Suggested next actions based on your current pipeline

<Tip>
  The briefing updates throughout the day. If you close a deal or complete a task, Winnie recalculates and refreshes its recommendations.
</Tip>

### Side panels

Alongside the chat, an expandable rail keeps your **agenda, tasks, recent activity, files, and follow-ups** one tap away — so you can act on what Winnie surfaces without leaving the page.

## Across every style

### Getting-started checklist

If your workspace is new, a setup checklist appears at the top of whichever style you choose, walking you through adding your first contact, connecting your phone, and logging your first call. It hides itself once you're set up.

### Winnie floating avatar

In the bottom-right corner of every page, the Winnie avatar provides on-demand AI help. Right-click (or long-press) the avatar to:

* Ask a question about any lead or deal
* Request a quick summary of recent activity
* Snooze the avatar if you need focused time

## Tips for getting the most out of the Dashboard

* **Start your day here** — Whichever style you pick, the dashboard is designed to answer "what should I do next?" the moment it loads.
* **Try a different style for a week** — Switching is instant and reversible. Many agents pair Command Center on mobile with Command Board at their desk.
* **Use the activity feed for context** — Before a call or meeting, glance at recent activity for that contact.
