# Portal Management

> Customize and manage your client-facing portal — the branded portal your buyers and sellers log into

The Portal Management page (`/portal-management`) lets you control your client-facing portal — the white-labeled web app your buyers, sellers, and tenants use to track their transaction, view listings, and communicate with you.

## What is the Client Portal?

The client portal is a separate website your clients can access at a custom link you share with them. It shows them:

* The status of their deal
* Properties you've selected for them
* Documents they need to review or sign
* Upcoming appointments
* Messages from you

It's branded with your name and photo — not Winnerr's.

## Portal sections

### Overview

The summary tab shows how many clients have active portal access, recent portal activity (logins, document views), and any alerts needing your attention.

### Portal Customization

Personalize how the portal looks for your clients:

* **Logo** — Upload your own or your brokerage logo
* **Colors** — Set primary colors to match your brand
* **Agent photo and bio** — Shown to clients in the portal header
* **Custom domain** — Point `portal.yourdomain.com` to your Winnerr portal (contact support)
* **Welcome message** — Personalized greeting shown when a client first logs in

### QR Code Manager

Generate QR codes that point directly to the portal login or to a specific client's dashboard. Print on business cards, yard signs, and brochures so clients can access their portal instantly.

### Portal Analytics

See how clients are using their portal:

* Login frequency
* Most-viewed pages
* Documents opened
* Time spent on listings

### Client Access

Manage which contacts have portal access. Send a portal invite to any contact with one click — they receive an email with their personalized login link.

Revoke access from this panel if a deal falls through or a client relationship ends.

### Portal Settings

* **Notification preferences** — What alerts you receive when clients interact with the portal
* **Document visibility** — Which documents clients can see vs. which are internal
* **Listing visibility** — Whether clients see all properties associated with their deal or only curated selections

## Sharing portal access with a client

1. Open the client's contact profile (or deal detail)
2. Click **Grant Portal Access**
3. The client receives an email with a secure link
4. They set their password and can immediately see their deal status

<Tip>
  Include the portal link in your buyer/seller consultation package and in your closing email so clients always know where to go for deal updates.
