# Quick Start

> Get your Winnerr account set up and your first contacts added in under 10 minutes

Welcome to Winnerr! This guide walks you through the key setup steps so you can start working leads and closing deals right away.

## Step 1 — Sign in and create your organization

When you first open Winnerr, you'll be prompted to sign in with your email. After signing in, you'll either join an existing team (if your brokerage is already on Winnerr) or create a new organization.

<Note>
  Your organization is your private workspace. All your contacts, deals, and data are scoped to it and never shared with other teams.
</Note>

## Step 2 — Connect your phone number

Go to **Settings → Phone** to provision a Winnerr phone number or connect an existing one. This enables:

* Outbound calls directly from the CRM
* Inbound call routing to your browser or forwarded to your mobile
* Automatic call recording and transcription
* SMS messaging linked to contact records

<Tip>
  Prefer to use your own mobile for calls? Enable **Call Forwarding** in Phone Settings so Winnerr bridges calls through your personal number.
</Tip>

## Step 3 — Connect your email

Go to **Settings → Email** to connect a Gmail or Outlook account via the Nylas integration. Once connected:

* Emails you send from Winnerr are sent from your real address
* Replies from contacts land in your Winnerr inbox and are logged to their profile
* Email templates and campaigns use your connected account as the sender

## Step 4 — Add your first contacts

Open **People** in the sidebar. You can:

* Click **New Person** to add a contact manually
* Import a CSV of existing contacts
* Let the Chrome Extension capture leads from MLS or Zillow automatically

Each contact gets a full profile page with timeline, linked deals, properties, tasks, notes, and call history.

## Step 5 — Create your first deal

Open **Deals** and click **New Deal**. Link it to a contact and a property, set a pipeline stage, and you're tracking it. Deals move through your pipeline stages as the transaction progresses.

## Step 6 — Explore your Dashboard

Head back to **Home** — this is your daily command center. It shows:

* Today's tasks and upcoming appointments
* Recent activity across your contacts
* Your pipeline snapshot
* AI-generated briefing from Winnie
