# General Settings

> Manage your profile, account preferences, and workspace defaults

General Settings (`/settings/general`) is where you configure the foundational details of your account — your profile, display name, timezone, and workspace-wide defaults.

## Profile

| Field             | Description                                     |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **Full name**     | Displayed on emails, texts, and the portal      |
| **Display name**  | Short name used in AI-generated messages        |
| **Profile photo** | Shown on your portal and in team directories    |
| **Job title**     | Appears on your client-facing portal            |
| **Bio**           | Short description for your portal About section |

## Contact information

Keep your professional contact details accurate — these populate your email signatures, portal contact cards, and automated messages:

* Primary phone number
* Email address
* Office address
* Website URL

## Regional preferences

| Setting         | Options                                         |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **Timezone**    | Auto-detect or choose from a full timezone list |
| **Date format** | MM/DD/YYYY · DD/MM/YYYY · YYYY-MM-DD            |
| **Time format** | 12-hour (AM/PM) · 24-hour                       |
| **Currency**    | USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, and more                    |

## Account security

* **Change password** — update your login credentials
* **Two-factor authentication** — enable 2FA via authenticator app or SMS
* **Active sessions** — view and revoke any active login sessions

## Deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent and removes all your personal data. If you're an organization owner, you must transfer ownership first. Contact [support@winnerr.com](mailto:support@winnerr.com) to initiate the process.
