# Integrations

> Connect Winnerr to external tools via MCP and manage your external tool library

Integrations (`/settings/integrations`) is where you connect Winnerr to the rest of your tech stack. It's split into two sections: **MCP** (AI tool integrations) and **External Tools** (traditional third-party service connections).

## MCP (Model Context Protocol)

(`/settings/integrations/mcp`)

MCP lets AI agents — including Winnie — connect to external services and use their APIs as native tools. Once an MCP server is configured, Winnie can take actions like:

* Looking up properties on the MLS
* Creating calendar invites in Google Calendar
* Sending Slack messages to your team
* Running contract comparisons via DocuSign

### Connecting an MCP server

1. Click **Add MCP Server**
2. Enter the server URL and any required API key
3. Winnerr will discover the server's capabilities automatically
4. Review the available tools and approve them
5. The tools are now available to Winnie and any configured workflows

<Note>
MCP connection is an advanced feature. The MCP server you're connecting must implement the Model Context Protocol specification. See the Winnerr MCP docs for building your own server.
</Note>

### MCP Explorer

Use the built-in MCP Explorer (`/tools/ai-studio`) to browse all connected tools, test them individually, and see usage logs.

## External Tools

(`/settings/integrations/external-tools`)

Traditional API-based integrations with popular real estate and productivity tools:

| Category | Services |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **CRM sync** | Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Salesforce |
| **E-signature** | DocuSign, HelloSign |
| **Scheduling** | Calendly (as fallback to native scheduling) |
| **Transactions** | Dotloop, SkySlope |
| **Marketing** | Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Google Ads |
| **Communication** | Slack, Microsoft Teams |
| **MLS / IDX** | Local MLS boards via RETS/RESO |

### Adding an integration

1. Find the service in the list or search for it
2. Click **Connect**
3. Authenticate via OAuth or enter an API key
4. Configure field mappings if prompted
5. Toggle the integration on

### Managing active integrations

View all connected integrations, their sync status, last-synced timestamp, and any errors. Disconnect any integration from this view — this does not delete any synced data already in your CRM.
