The Review Queue (/review-queue) is your approval inbox for AI-generated actions. When Winnie suggests an email draft, a workflow queues a follow-up, or an automation prepares a message — items land here for your review before anything is sent.
Why a review queue?
Not every AI action should fire automatically. The Review Queue gives you a human-in-the-loop checkpoint:
- AI-drafted emails — Review before sending
- Automated SMS — Approve marketing messages
- Workflow outputs — Verify before execution
- Suggested tasks — Accept, modify, or dismiss
Using the review queue
Reviewing items
Each item in the queue shows:
- Type — Email, SMS, Task, Note, Pipeline change
- Contact — Who it affects
- Content preview — What will be sent or done
- Source — Which workflow or AI feature generated it
- Created — When it was queued
Taking action
For each item, you can:
| Action | Effect |
|---|
| Approve | Execute the action immediately |
| Edit & Approve | Modify the content, then execute |
| Dismiss | Remove from queue without executing |
| Snooze | Push to a later time for review |
Bulk actions
Select multiple items to approve or dismiss in batch. Useful when a workflow generates many similar items (e.g., a drip campaign step).
Configuring what goes to review
In Settings → AI, you can control which actions require review:
- Always review — Every AI-generated action goes to the queue
- Review new contacts only — Only review actions for contacts you haven’t interacted with before
- Auto-approve trusted workflows — Mark specific workflows as trusted to bypass review
- Never review — Full automation (use with caution)
Setting “Never review” means AI-generated emails and SMS will send automatically. Make sure your templates and workflows are thoroughly tested first.
