The Review Queue (/review-queue) is your approval inbox for AI-generated actions. When Winnie suggests an email draft, a workflow queues a follow-up, or an automation prepares a message — items land here for your review before anything is sent.

Why a review queue?

Not every AI action should fire automatically. The Review Queue gives you a human-in-the-loop checkpoint:
  • AI-drafted emails — Review before sending
  • Automated SMS — Approve marketing messages
  • Workflow outputs — Verify before execution
  • Suggested tasks — Accept, modify, or dismiss

Using the review queue

Reviewing items

Each item in the queue shows:
  • Type — Email, SMS, Task, Note, Pipeline change
  • Contact — Who it affects
  • Content preview — What will be sent or done
  • Source — Which workflow or AI feature generated it
  • Created — When it was queued

Taking action

For each item, you can:
ActionEffect
ApproveExecute the action immediately
Edit & ApproveModify the content, then execute
DismissRemove from queue without executing
SnoozePush to a later time for review

Bulk actions

Select multiple items to approve or dismiss in batch. Useful when a workflow generates many similar items (e.g., a drip campaign step).

Configuring what goes to review

In Settings → AI, you can control which actions require review:
  • Always review — Every AI-generated action goes to the queue
  • Review new contacts only — Only review actions for contacts you haven’t interacted with before
  • Auto-approve trusted workflows — Mark specific workflows as trusted to bypass review
  • Never review — Full automation (use with caution)
Setting “Never review” means AI-generated emails and SMS will send automatically. Make sure your templates and workflows are thoroughly tested first.
