/files) is your central document library. All files associated with contacts, deals, properties, and recordings are accessible here in one place, without having to dig into individual records.
File sections

Uploading files
Files can be uploaded from:- This page — Click Upload and select files from your device
- Deal Detail page — Drag files onto the Documents panel
- Person Detail page — Attach files to a contact directly
- Property Detail page — Upload listing documents
Finding a file
Use the search bar at the top of the Files page to search by filename. Filter by:- File type
- Date uploaded
- Linked deal or contact
- Uploaded by (for team workspaces)
