The Insights tab (/people/[id]/insights) on a contact’s profile shows Winnie’s AI analysis of that person — lead scoring, engagement patterns, predicted behavior, and recommended next steps.

What Insights shows

Lead score

A 0–100 score based on the contact’s engagement level, response patterns, and behavioral signals:
Score rangeMeaning
80–100Hot lead — actively engaged, likely to transact soon
50–79Warm lead — interested but not urgent
20–49Cool — minimal engagement, may need nurturing
0–19Cold — no recent activity, consider re-engagement or archiving
The score updates automatically based on new activity.

Engagement timeline

A visual chart showing the contact’s interactions over time — calls, emails, SMS, meetings. Spot patterns like “this client always responds within an hour” or “engagement dropped off 2 weeks ago.”

AI summary

A natural-language summary of your relationship with this contact:
“Sarah has been actively looking at 3-bedroom condos in the 600K600K–800K range in Midtown. She responds to calls within 30 minutes and prefers text over email. Last meaningful interaction was 4 days ago — a 12-minute call where she expressed interest in 45 Pine St.”
Based on the analysis, Winnie suggests specific next steps:
  • “Schedule a showing for 45 Pine St — Sarah mentioned interest last call”
  • “Send a market update — 3 new listings match her criteria”
  • “Follow up — it’s been 4 days since last contact”

Sentiment history

Track how the contact’s sentiment has changed across interactions. Each call and email is scored, and the trend is plotted over time — useful for spotting clients who are cooling off before they disengage.

How it works

Insights are generated by Winnie using:
  • Call transcripts and sentiment analysis
  • Email and SMS engagement patterns
  • Pipeline stage and deal activity
  • Property search and viewing history
  • Time-based behavioral patterns
Data updates in near-real-time as new interactions happen.
Insights require at least 2–3 interactions with a contact to generate meaningful analysis. Brand-new contacts will show limited data until more activity is logged.
