The Power Dialer (/phone/power-dialer) lets you work through a list of contacts one call at a time, automatically dialing the next number as soon as each call ends. It’s the most efficient way to do high-volume outreach for lead follow-up or client check-ins.

How the Power Dialer works

  1. Build your list — Select contacts to call from your People list, a pipeline stage, or a saved filter
  2. Start the session — Click Start Dialer and choose your call mode (browser or forwarding)
  3. Call automatically — The dialer calls the first contact. When the call ends, it automatically queues the next
  4. Log between calls — A brief pause between calls lets you add a note or disposition before the next dial
  5. End the session — Stop anytime; your progress is saved

Building a call list

Before starting the dialer, select your contacts using one of these methods:
  • From People list — Check contacts manually and click Add to Dialer
  • From a pipeline stage — All contacts in a specific stage (e.g., “Contacted but no response”)
  • From a saved filter — e.g., Leads with no contact in the last 14 days
  • From a campaign — All contacts in a campaign sequence
You can reorder the list by drag-and-drop before starting.

During a session

While the dialer is active:
  • The current contact’s profile is shown on the right — name, contact history, last interaction, AI score
  • You can skip a contact, leave a voicemail drop, or add a note
  • A timer counts the duration of each call
  • The dialer moves to the next contact automatically when you hang up

Voicemail drops

If a contact doesn’t answer, click Drop Voicemail to instantly send a pre-recorded message and move to the next contact. No waiting for the beep. Set up your voicemail drops in Phone → Voicemail Drops.

Dispositions

After each call, log a disposition to categorize the outcome:
  • Connected — Had a conversation
  • Left Voicemail
  • No Answer
  • Not Interested
  • Callback Requested
  • Wrong Number
Dispositions are logged to the contact’s timeline and used in follow-up workflow triggers.

Session summary

When you end the session, you’ll see a summary of:
  • Total contacts called
  • Connected calls vs. voicemails vs. no answers
  • Total time spent
  • Contacts needing follow-up tasks

Compliance

The Power Dialer respects local calling rules — it will not dial numbers on the Do Not Call registry if your compliance settings are configured. Enable DNC checking in Settings → Phone → Compliance.
