SMS Campaigns (/sms/campaigns) is a dedicated hub for text message outreach at scale. Build targeted SMS sequences, track delivery and response rates, and manage opt-outs — all compliant with TCPA regulations.

Campaign list

The main page shows all your SMS campaigns with:
  • Campaign name and description
  • Status — Active, Scheduled, Draft, Completed, Paused
  • Recipients — Number of contacts targeted
  • Sent / Delivered / Replied — Key metrics at a glance
  • Created date and last activity

Creating a new SMS campaign

Click New Campaign (/sms/campaigns/new) and follow the steps:

1. Campaign details

  • Name — Internal label for the campaign
  • Description — Optional notes about the purpose

2. Audience

Select recipients:
  • From a saved filter — e.g., “All leads tagged ‘Open House Attendee’”
  • From a pipeline stage — e.g., everyone in “New Lead”
  • Manual selection — Pick individual contacts
  • CSV upload — Import a list of phone numbers
The system automatically excludes contacts who have opted out of SMS.

3. Message content

Write your SMS message. Use personalization tokens:

Preview the message as each recipient would see it.

4. Schedule

  • Send now — Immediately after confirmation
  • Schedule — Pick a date and time
  • Drip — Send in batches over time to avoid overwhelming your phone lines

5. Review and launch

Confirm the audience count, preview the message, and click Launch.

Campaign detail

(/sms/campaigns/[id]) Open any campaign to see a detailed performance dashboard:

Compliance

All SMS campaigns must comply with TCPA regulations. Ensure you have opt-in consent from every recipient before sending marketing messages. Winnerr automatically enforces opt-out handling — contacts who reply STOP are excluded from future campaigns.
