Email Templates (/emails/templates) stores your reusable email messages so you can send polished, consistent outreach in seconds instead of writing from scratch every time.

Browsing templates

Templates are organized into categories (you can create your own):
  • Buyer Follow-Up — Templates for active buyer leads
  • Seller Outreach — Listing presentation follow-ups, market updates
  • New Lead Welcome — First-touch messages for new inquiries
  • Showing Confirmations — Pre-showing and post-showing messages
  • Post-Close — Thank-you messages and referral requests
  • General — Miscellaneous templates

Creating a template

Click New Template. Fill in:
  • Name — Internal label (not shown to the recipient)
  • Category — Group for organization
  • Subject — Email subject line (supports tokens)
  • Body — Rich text editor with full formatting support

Personalization tokens

Insert tokens anywhere in the subject or body to auto-fill with real data when the email is sent:

Using a template

When composing an email, click the Templates icon in the toolbar. Browse or search for a template, select it, and the subject and body are populated instantly. Review and edit before sending.

AI-generated templates

Click Generate with AI and describe the type of email you want. Winnie drafts a template for you. Edit the result, save it as a template or use it once.

Template analytics

See which templates are being used and how often from the Analytics column on the templates list. High-performing templates (tracked by reply rate) are marked with a badge.

Sharing templates with your team

Templates are shared across your entire organization by default. Any agent can use any template. Org admins can restrict editing to admins only to maintain brand consistency.
