Organization

The Organization page (/organization) is the admin hub for your entire Winnerr workspace. If you’re a team lead or brokerage admin, this is where you configure top-level settings that apply to everyone on your team.

At a glance

The overview dashboard shows:
  • Total members — active agents + admins
  • Active contacts — leads in the system across all members
  • Open deals — total pipeline value across the team
  • This month’s calls — organization-wide call volume
  • Workflow activity — automations triggered this month

Admin roles

OwnerFull access including billing, member deletion, and org deletion

MemberStandard agent access — own contacts, calls, and deals only

Organization-wide settings

Settings at the organization level override or supplement individual member settings:
  • Shared phone numbers — pool numbers available to all agents
  • Default workflows — automations that run for all new leads
  • Shared email templates — templates available to the entire team
  • Compliance settings — organization-wide TCPA/DNC configuration
Navigate to Members to manage individual agents, roles, and permissions, or Agent Transfers to reassign contacts between agents.
