When agents leave the brokerage, territories are rebalanced, or a client requests a different representative, you can transfer their leads, contacts, and deal history to another agent.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Organization → Agent Transfers from the sidebar
  2. Select the source agent whose contacts need to be reassigned
  3. Choose the target agent who will receive the contacts
  4. Review the transfer summary — see how many contacts, deals, and open tasks will move
  5. Confirm the transfer — all data is reassigned and an audit log is created

What Gets Transferred

Permissions

Only Admin and Owner roles can perform agent transfers. Regular agents can request a transfer through their team lead.

Audit Trail

Every transfer is logged with:
  • Source and target agent
  • Timestamp
  • Number of contacts, deals, and tasks moved
  • Who initiated the transfer
This ensures accountability and makes it easy to trace data ownership changes.
