How It Works
- Navigate to Organization → Agent Transfers from the sidebar
- Select the source agent whose contacts need to be reassigned
- Choose the target agent who will receive the contacts
- Review the transfer summary — see how many contacts, deals, and open tasks will move
- Confirm the transfer — all data is reassigned and an audit log is created
What Gets Transferred

| Tasks | ✅ | Open tasks reassigned to new agent |

| Calendar Events | ⚠️ | Past events preserved, future events reassigned |
| Email Threads | ❌ | Remain with original agent’s mailbox |
Permissions
Only Admin and Owner roles can perform agent transfers. Regular agents can request a transfer through their team lead.Audit Trail
Every transfer is logged with:- Source and target agent
- Timestamp
- Number of contacts, deals, and tasks moved
- Who initiated the transfer
