The Deals page shows every active and past transaction in your database. A deal represents a specific real estate transaction — a buyer looking for a home, a seller listing a property, or a rental — and links the contact, property, agent, and pipeline stage together.

  • Contact(s) — The buyers, sellers, or leads involved
  • Property — The listing or property being transacted
  • Pipeline — Which pipeline this belongs to
  • Stage — Starting stage (e.g., “New Lead” or “Offer Submitted”)
  • Value — Estimated transaction value or commission
  • Close date — Expected closing date
  • Assigned agent

Deal cards

Each deal is represented as a card showing:
  • Title and contact names
  • Current pipeline stage
  • Days in current stage
  • Deal value
  • Last activity timestamp
  • AI urgency indicator

Quick actions on deals

From the deals list, hover a card to:
  • Move stage — Advance or regress the pipeline stage
  • Call contact — Open the dialer for the primary contact
  • Add note
  • Open detail — Full deal detail page

Archiving and closing deals

When a deal closes (sale completes) or falls through, change the stage to your designated Closed Won or Closed Lost stage. Closed deals are archived and excluded from active pipeline views but remain fully searchable in history.
