Creating a task

Click New Task or the + button. Fill in:
  • Title — What needs to be done
  • Due date and time — When it needs to happen
  • Priority — Low, Medium, High, Urgent
  • Type — Follow-up, Meeting, Document, Inspection, Deadline, Other
  • Linked contact — Who the task is about
  • Linked deal — If this is transaction-related
  • Linked property — If property-specific
  • Assigned to — Yourself or a teammate
  • Notes — Any additional context
Click Save. The task appears in your list, on the Dashboard, and in your Calendar if it has a specific time.

Completing tasks

Click the checkbox next to any task to mark it complete. Completed tasks are logged in the linked contact’s or deal’s activity timeline.

Overdue tasks

Overdue tasks appear at the top of your list highlighted in red. The Dashboard also surfaces overdue tasks prominently so nothing gets forgotten.

Task reminders

Winnerr sends you:
  • An in-app notification when a task is 24 hours away
  • An email reminder (configurable in Settings → Notifications)
  • A push notification if you’re using the mobile app

Recurring tasks

Mark a task as Recurring to create it on a schedule — daily, weekly, monthly. Useful for things like “Weekly pipeline review” or “Monthly client check-in call.”

Winnie’s task suggestions

On the Dashboard and on the Person Detail page, Winnie often suggests creating a task based on recent interactions — for example, “No follow-up scheduled after yesterday’s call with John Smith.” Click Create Task on the suggestion to add it in one click.
