The Campaigns page (/campaigns) is where you build and launch outreach sequences to groups of contacts. Campaigns support email, SMS, and multi-step drip sequences — timed or triggered by contact behavior.

Campaign types

TypeDescription
Email CampaignSingle or multi-step email sequences
SMS CampaignText message blasts or sequences
MixedEmail and SMS combined in one sequence

Browsing campaigns

The default view shows All Campaigns. Filter by status:
  • Active — Currently running, sending messages
  • Scheduled — Set to start at a future date
  • Drafts — Created but not yet launched
  • Completed — Finished campaigns
  • Paused — Manually stopped mid-run

Creating a campaign

Click Create New (/campaigns/new). Walk through the setup steps:

1. Campaign details

Give your campaign a name (internal), select its type (Email / SMS / Mixed), and add an optional description.

2. Audience

Choose who receives this campaign:
  • Select contacts manually — Search and add individuals
  • From a filter/segment — All contacts matching a saved filter (e.g., “Leads with no contact in 30 days”)
  • From a pipeline stage — Everyone in a specific stage
The audience count updates in real-time as you add filters.

3. Content

Build your message sequence:
  • Add Steps — each step is an email or SMS sent after a delay
  • Set the Delay between steps (e.g., Send immediately, then wait 3 days, then send step 2)
  • Use Email Templates or write custom content per step
  • Include personalization tokens so each message feels 1:1

4. Schedule

Choose:
  • Send now — Launch immediately after you confirm
  • Schedule — Set a specific date and time
  • Recurring — Repeat the campaign on a cadence (e.g., monthly market update)

5. Review and launch

Preview the first message, check your audience size, and click Launch.

Compliance

All campaigns enforce opt-out handling automatically. Contacts who reply STOP to an SMS or click Unsubscribe in an email are excluded from future campaign sends.
Always ensure you have written or clearly documented consent before adding contacts to marketing campaigns. Winnerr enforces opt-outs but does not verify initial consent — that is your responsibility.
