The Activities page (/activities) is your unified timeline of every action taken in your CRM — calls made, emails sent, deals updated, tasks completed, and more. Think of it as a news feed for your pipeline.

What shows up in Activities

Filtering the feed

Use the filter bar at the top to narrow the activity feed by:
  • Activity type — Calls, Emails, SMS, Deals, Tasks, Notes
  • Date range — Today, This week, Last 7 days, Custom
  • Contact — Search for a specific person
  • Agent — Filter by team member (org admins only)

Real-time updates

The feed updates in real-time — new events appear at the top without refreshing. A subtle indicator shows when new events have arrived while you’re scrolled down. Click any activity row to jump directly to the related record — the contact’s profile, the deal, the call recording, or the task detail. This makes Activities a fast way to pick up where you left off.

Team activity (Admins)

Organization admins see activity from all team members by default. Toggle My Activity to see only your own events.
