Filtering the feed
Use the filter bar at the top to narrow the activity feed by:- Activity type — Calls, Emails, SMS, Deals, Tasks, Notes
- Date range — Today, This week, Last 7 days, Custom
- Contact — Search for a specific person
- Agent — Filter by team member (org admins only)
