Call History (/phone/history) is a searchable log of every call made and received through Winnerr. Each entry links to the recording, transcript, and the contact’s profile.

Browsing history

The default view shows calls in reverse chronological order. Each row displays:

Filtering and searching

Use the filter bar to narrow results:
  • Date range — Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Custom range
  • Direction — Inbound, Outbound, or All
  • Status — Completed, Missed, Voicemail
  • Contact — Search by name or phone number
  • Agent — Filter by team member (org admins)
  • Duration — Minimum/maximum call length

Call detail view

(/phone/call/[id]) Click any call to open its detail view:
  • Recording player — Full audio playback with seek and speed controls
  • AI transcript — Complete call transcript with speaker labels and timestamps
  • Call summary — AI-generated summary of key points discussed
  • Sentiment analysis — Winnie’s assessment of the call’s tone and outcome
  • Contact link — Jump to the person’s full profile
  • Post-call notes — Your notes added after the call
  • Follow-up actions — Tasks or workflows triggered by this call

Voicemail drops

(/phone/voicemail-drops) Pre-record voicemail messages to drop into a contact’s voicemail box without ringing their phone. Useful for:
  • Following up without interrupting
  • Leaving a consistent, professional message every time
  • Time-zone-sensitive outreach

Creating a voicemail drop

  1. Go to Phone → Voicemail Drops
  2. Click New Drop
  3. Record your message or upload an audio file
  4. Name it for easy selection during calls

Using a drop

During a Power Dialer session or from the call interface, select Drop Voicemail and choose from your saved recordings. The message is delivered to voicemail without the contact’s phone ringing.

SMS & call templates

(/phone/templates) Save reusable templates for SMS follow-ups and call scripts:
  • SMS templates — Pre-written text messages with personalization tokens
  • Call scripts — Talking points and objection-handling guides displayed during calls
Templates help maintain consistency, especially when working with a team.
