Performance dashboard

(/analytics/performance) Your personal performance report:
  • Calls made — Total outbound calls this week/month/quarter
  • Connection rate — % of calls that resulted in a conversation
  • Deals opened — New deals created
  • Deals closed — Won deals and total commission
  • Average deal time — From first contact to close
  • Follow-up compliance — % of leads that received a follow-up within your target window
Charts show trends over time so you can see if you’re improving or slipping.

Pipeline Analytics

(/analytics/pipeline) Visualize your pipeline health at a macro level:
  • Total pipeline value — Sum of all active deal estimates
  • Conversion rate by stage — What % of deals move from each stage to the next
  • Average time in stage — Where deals tend to stall
  • Win rate — Percentage of deals that reach Closed Won vs. Closed Lost
  • Lost reason breakdown — Why deals fall through (price, timing, competition, etc.)
