Property Detail

Click any property from the Properties list to open its detail page. This is the single record for that listing — where you log showings, track interested buyers, and manage the listing lifecycle.

Property header

The header displays:

• Full address
• Listing status badge (For Sale / Sold / Off Market / etc.)
• Price
• Quick stats: beds, baths, sqft, MLS number
• Days on market (calculated from listing date)
• Assigned agent

Click Edit to update any property details inline.

Photos and media

Upload property photos, floor plans, and virtual tour links. Photos uploaded here are accessible when composing marketing emails or generating listing materials.

Linked contacts

The Associated People panel shows:

• Sellers — Contacts who own this property
• Interested Buyers — Leads who have expressed interest or been shown this property
• Other — Lawyers, inspectors, co-agents

Click Link Contact to associate any person from your CRM to this property.

Linked deals

Shows all deals associated with this property. Multiple deals can be linked if, for example, you had two separate offers fall through before a successful sale.

​

Activity Timeline

Auto-logged events for this property:

• Showings — When you scheduled and completed a showing with a buyer
• Price changes — Any time the listing price was updated
• Status changes — Moving from For Sale to Conditional to Sold
• Notes — Any notes specific to this property
• Agent actions — Who added the listing, who made changes

Showings

The Showings tab lists all scheduled and completed showings for this property, along with which buyer was shown and any feedback recorded. Create a new showing directly from here and it syncs to your Calendar.

Notes

Add property-specific notes — seller preferences, known issues, showing instructions, parking notes, alarm codes (stored securely). Notes are visible only to your team.

Documents

Attach listing agreements, inspection reports, disclosure documents, and any other files related to this property. Documents are stored securely and accessible from the Deal Detail page as well.

Comparables

Click Find Comparables to search for similar properties in the area for a quick CMA reference without leaving the property page.
