Email Settings (/settings/email) connects your inbox to Winnerr so you can send and receive emails without leaving the platform, and configure how automated replies work.
Connecting your inbox
Winnerr supports Gmail and Microsoft 365 (Outlook) via Nylas — a secure email integration layer that never stores your email credentials.
Gmail
- Click Connect Gmail
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant the required permissions (read and send email)
- Choose the inbox to sync (primary is pre-selected)
Microsoft 365 / Outlook
Same flow — click Connect Outlook and authenticate via Microsoft OAuth.
Winnerr only accesses emails related to your CRM contacts. Private or personal threads are never read or stored.
Email signature
Build your Winnerr email signature using the rich-text editor:
- Name, title, company
- Phone number and website
- Logo or headshot image
- Scheduling link (recommended)
- Social media icons
The signature is automatically appended to all emails sent from Winnerr — including AI-drafted emails.
Email tracking

Tracking pixels are added automatically to outgoing emails when these are enabled.
Auto-reply

Configure rules for when Winnie should automatically reply to incoming emails on your behalf:

| Lead inquiry | Auto-reply to new buyer/seller inquiry emails |
| After-hours | Reply outside your business hours |
Each auto-reply rule has:
- Trigger — conditions that trigger the rule
- Message — the reply body (plain text or AI-generated per contact context)
- Limit — whether to reply once per sender or every time
AI-generated auto-replies are treated as if you wrote them. Review your reply templates carefully and test with a few contacts before enabling broad auto-reply rules.
Disconnecting your inbox
Disconnecting stops Winnerr from reading or sending email via your account. Existing email history in the CRM is retained.
