The Calendar page shows all your upcoming appointments, property showings, tasks with due dates, and team schedule in one view. It syncs bidirectionally with Google Calendar or Outlook via the Nylas integration.

Creating an appointment

Click any empty time slot to create an event. Fill in:
  • Title — What the appointment is
  • Date and time — Start and end
  • Type — Appointment, Showing, Meeting, or Task
  • Location — Address or video call link
  • Linked contact(s) — Who you’re meeting with
  • Linked property — For showings
  • Linked deal — For transaction-related meetings
  • Assigned agent — Yourself or a teammate
  • Notes — Any prep notes or agenda items
Click Save and the event syncs to your external calendar automatically.

Property Showings

Showings are a special event type. When you create a showing:
  1. Link it to the property being shown
  2. Link it to the buyer contact
  3. Set the time
  4. Winnerr sends a confirmation to the buyer automatically (if configured)
After the showing, add feedback directly to the showing event — buyer interest level, notes about the property, recommended next step.

Team Schedule

Click Team in the top-right to overlay your teammates’ calendars. See availability at a glance before scheduling a collaborative meeting or co-showing.

Syncing with Google / Outlook

Go to Settings → Calendar to connect your email/calendar account. Once connected:
  • Events you create in Winnerr appear in your Google/Outlook calendar
  • Events from your external calendar show up in Winnerr
  • Meeting invites from clients trigger notifications in Winnerr
Calendar sync requires connecting your email account first in Settings → Email.

Appointments page

The Appointments sub-page (/calendar/appointments) shows a list view of all upcoming appointments instead of the calendar grid — useful for printing your day’s schedule or reviewing what’s coming up this week at a glance.
