Reputation Studio is Winnerr’s post-transaction reputation and referral engine. It captures client reviews from real closings, governs them through an approval lifecycle, publishes them to a premium public agent profile and an embeddable widget, and harvests the referral that re-enters the pipeline as a new lead. It sits alongside Marketing as a sibling growth surface: where Marketing is the outbound workspace, Reputation Studio is the post-transaction trust workspace. Both reuse the same Brand Kit, so an agent’s headshot, colors, disclaimers, and approved testimonials are authored once and consumed everywhere.

The flywheel

Every closing produces a review, every review produces social proof, and every piece of social proof produces a referral that becomes the next lead.

Core principles

  • Transaction-triggered. A survey is never a manual blast — it is scheduled from a real Deal reaching the won stage.
  • Agent-governed. Nothing becomes public on its own. Every public action passes through an explicit approve and publish step.
  • Sentiment-aware routing. Regardless of which style (Stars, Thumbs, Faces, NPS, Number) the client uses, the rating is normalized to a 1-5 scale. Ratings below 4 route to the private feedback channel.
  • CRM-closed-loop. Referrals captured on the public profile create a Person with lead source REFERRAL and re-enter the same pipeline.
  • Consent-first. The client’s permission to use their name, photo, and quote publicly is captured as part of the survey and stored alongside the testimonial.
