What’s in the Phone section
Making a call
Click the Phone icon on any contact’s record, or click the phone icon in the toolbar, to open the in-browser dialer. Calls run directly in your browser using WebRTC — no external app needed.Call modes
Switch modes in Settings → Phone. Browser calls require a microphone. Call Forwarding is useful if you’re on the go or have a spotty internet connection.
Receiving a call
When someone calls your Winnerr number, you’ll see an incoming call ring screen in the browser. Accept in the browser or let it forward to your mobile. If the caller matches a contact in your CRM, the ring screen surfaces context so you can answer prepared:- Contact name — pulled from the matched person record
- Most recent deal — title and current pipeline stage (for example,
142 Maple St — Offer Accepted) - Last contact — relative time since your most recent call, email, or SMS with this person (for example,
Last contact: 3 days ago)
During a call
While on a call you can:- Take notes — Open the note panel without ending the call
- Open the contact record — See their full profile while talking
- Transfer the call — Hand off to a teammate
- Add to conference — Bring another person into the call
After a call
As soon as you hang up, Winnerr automatically:- Saves the call recording
- Generates an AI transcript (usually within 1–2 minutes)
- Logs the call to the contact’s timeline
- Creates a post-call note template for you to fill in
- Suggests a follow-up task based on the conversation
