The Phone section is your complete call and SMS hub. Every call you make or receive is logged, recorded, and transcribed — automatically linked to the contact’s record.

Making a call

Click the Phone icon on any contact’s record, or click the phone icon in the toolbar, to open the in-browser dialer. Calls run directly in your browser using WebRTC — no external app needed.

Call modes

Call ForwardingWinnerr calls your mobile, bridges you to the contact
Switch modes in Settings → Phone. Browser calls require a microphone. Call Forwarding is useful if you’re on the go or have a spotty internet connection.

Receiving a call

When a contact calls your Winnerr number, you’ll see an incoming call notification in the browser with the contact’s name and recent activity context. Accept in the browser or let it forward to your mobile.

During a call

While on a call you can:
  • Take notes — Open the note panel without ending the call
  • Open the contact record — See their full profile while talking
  • Transfer the call — Hand off to a teammate
  • Add to conference — Bring another person into the call

After a call

As soon as you hang up, Winnerr automatically:
  1. Saves the call recording
  2. Generates an AI transcript (usually within 1–2 minutes)
  3. Logs the call to the contact’s timeline
  4. Creates a post-call note template for you to fill in
  5. Suggests a follow-up task based on the conversation

Call history

The History page shows every call and SMS in chronological order, filterable by date, direction (inbound/outbound), and contact. Each row links to the recording and transcript. For full details on searching, filtering, and the call detail view, see Call History.

Voicemail drops

Pre-record voicemail messages to drop into a contact’s voicemail box without ringing their phone. Create drops under Phone → Voicemail Drops and use them during Power Dialer sessions or individual calls. See Call History — Voicemail Drops for setup instructions.

SMS & call templates

Save reusable SMS templates and call scripts under Phone → Templates. Templates support personalization tokens and are available from any SMS compose window or during active calls.

SMS

Send text messages to any contact directly from the CRM. SMS threads are logged in the contact’s timeline alongside calls and emails. See SMS for full details.
