Navigating the People page
Viewing contacts
The default view shows All Contacts in a sortable table. You can switch between:| View | Who it shows |

| All Contacts | Everyone in your database |
| Leads | Contacts in a lead pipeline stage |
| Clients | Contacts marked as active buyers or sellers |
| Agents | Other real estate agents in your network |
| Teams | Grouped team views (for org admins) |
| Partners | Mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers, etc. |
Filtering
Click Filters to narrow your list by:- Contact type (Lead, Client, Agent, Partner)
- Tags
- Pipeline stage
- Last contacted date
- Lead score (AI-generated)
- Assigned agent
AI Suggestions tab
The AI Suggestions tab surfaces contacts that Winnie thinks need attention — leads who haven’t been contacted in a while, clients approaching key milestones, or prospects showing purchase signals.Adding a new contact
Click New Person in the top-right. Fill in:- Name (required)
- Phone and Email
- Contact type — Lead, Client, Agent, Partner
- Source — How they found you (Referral, MLS, Website, etc.)
- Assigned pipeline stage
- Tags — Custom labels for filtering
Importing contacts
Use Import to upload a CSV file. Winnerr maps your columns to contact fields and flags duplicates before importing. You can also import directly from MLS or from the Chrome Extension when browsing listing sites. Every contact with at least a few interactions gets an Insights tab powered by Winnie. It includes lead scoring, engagement analysis, sentiment tracking, and recommended next steps. See Person Insights for details.Quick actions from the list
Hover over any row to reveal quick actions:- Call — Opens the dialer pre-filled with their number
- Email — Opens a compose window
- Add to pipeline — Move them into a deal stage
- Star — Add to Favorites for dashboard access
What happens to your contacts
Every contact has a full activity timeline that automatically populates with:- Calls made and received (with transcripts)
- Emails sent and received
- Notes added
- Pipeline stage changes
- Deals linked
- Properties viewed or associated
