Phone Settings (/settings/phone) is where you manage your Winnerr number, how incoming calls are handled, and everything related to your calling setup.
Your phone number
When you set up a phone number, you choose a local area code and Winnerr provisions a Twilio-based number. This number is used for all calls and SMS sent from the platform.
| Action | Description |
|---|
| Get a number | Search available numbers by area code or region |
| Port a number | Transfer your existing business number to Winnerr |
| Release a number | Remove the number from your account |
Caller ID
Choose what number appears when you call leads:
- Winnerr number — your assigned Winnerr number
- Forwarding number — show your mobile or office number (requires verification)
- Masked — hide the originating number (may reduce answer rates)
Call routing
Configure how incoming calls to your Winnerr number are handled:
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Answer in browser | Use the Winnerr phone tab (WebRTC) |
| Forward to phone | Ring your mobile or another number first |
| Simultaneous ring | Ring both at once |
| Business hours | Different routing for after-hours calls |
Voicemail
- Voicemail greeting — record or upload a custom greeting
- Voicemail drop library — manage pre-recorded messages for the power dialer
- Transcription — automatically transcribe voicemails into your inbox
Do Not Disturb
Set DND hours when calls will not ring through to you and will go straight to voicemail. DND does not affect outbound calls you initiate.
