Layout overview
The page is split into two main areas:- Left panel — Core contact info, AI intelligence widget, linked deals and properties
- Right / main area — Tabbed timeline of all activity
Contact Info panel
Shows the contact’s name, type (Lead/Client/Agent/Partner), phone numbers, email addresses, and source. Edit any field inline by clicking on it. Tags appear below the name and can be added or removed freely for custom filtering. Assigned agent shows which team member owns this contact (org admins can reassign).AI Intelligence Widget
Winnie’s AI sidebar shows:- Lead Score — A 0–100 score based on engagement, recency, and behavioral signals
- Intent — Predicted intent (Buying, Selling, Renting, None detected)
- Urgency — Low / Medium / High flag based on communication patterns
- Summary — A plain-English summary of the last few interactions
- Suggested next action — Winnie’s recommended next step (e.g., “Follow up — last called 8 days ago”)
Activity Timeline
The main timeline auto-logs every interaction:Calls
Each call shows duration, direction (inbound/outbound), recording playback, and a full AI-generated transcript. Click Read summary to get a one-paragraph synopsis without reading the full transcript.Emails
Two-way email sync means every email you’ve sent to or received from this person appears in the timeline, in thread view.Notes
Any notes you’ve added appear in chronological order. Notes support rich text formatting. You can tag a note as a Call Note, Property Note, or General Note.Pipeline events
Every time this contact moves through a pipeline stage, it’s logged here with a timestamp and the agent who made the change.Tasks
Tasks associated with this contact appear with their due date and status.Linked Deals
The Deals tab on the left panel shows all deals this contact is associated with. Click Add to Deal to link them to an existing deal or create a new one on the spot.Linked Properties
Shows properties this contact has been shown, has expressed interest in, or is listed on. Click any property card to open the Property Detail page.Quick actions
The action bar at the top of the page has:- Call — Opens the in-browser dialer
- Send Email — Compose and send an email
- Add Note — Quick note without leaving the page
- Add Task — Schedule a follow-up
- Add to Pipeline — Attach to a deal stage
- Favorite — Pin to dashboard
