Every call made or received through Winnerr is automatically transcribed by AI. Transcriptions appear on the Transcriptions page (/phone/transcriptions) and inline on contact and deal records.

How transcription works

Winnerr processes the call recording after the call ends. A transcript is typically ready within 1–2 minutes of hanging up. The transcript includes:
  • Speaker labels (You / Contact)
  • Timestamps for each speaker turn
  • Confidence-scored text
  • An AI-generated summary paragraph

Browsing transcriptions

The Transcriptions page lists all calls with transcripts. Filter by:
  • Date range
  • Contact name
  • Call direction (inbound / outbound)
  • Duration

Transcript viewer

The transcript viewer shows:
  • Playback bar — Play the recording with the transcript highlighted in sync
  • Speaker-separated paragraphs — Each speaker’s words in their own block
  • AI summary — A short summary of what the call was about
  • Key topics — Detected subjects like “price reduction,” “inspection,” “offer timeline”
  • Sentiment indicators — Whether the conversation was positive, neutral, or negative
  • Action items detected — Winnie flags phrases like “I’ll call you back tomorrow” and suggests creating a task

Searching transcriptions

Use the Search bar to find any phrase across all your transcripts. Useful for finding that conversation where a lead mentioned a specific budget or property type.

Editing transcripts

Transcripts are AI-generated and occasionally make errors, especially with names and addresses. Click any text segment to correct it. Corrections are saved to the record.

Sharing transcripts

Click Share on any transcript to copy a link that’s accessible to other org members. You can also export the transcript as a PDF or plain text file.

Transcript on contact records

You don’t need to come to this page to see transcripts. Every call in a contact’s timeline has a View Transcript button that opens a modal inline.

Privacy and retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your org’s data retention settings. Contact your org admin or see Settings → General to review your retention policy.
