Deal header
At the top you’ll see:- Deal title (usually
Contact Name — Property Address) - Current pipeline stage with a step indicator
- Deal value and expected close date
- Assigned agent
- Days open / days in current stage
Moving through pipeline stages
The stage bar at the top lets you advance or revert the deal stage with a single click. Each stage change is logged to the timeline with a timestamp. You can also drag the deal card on the Pipeline page instead.Some stage transitions can trigger automated workflows — for example, moving to “Offer Submitted” might auto-send a confirmation email to the client. See Workflows for how to set these up.
Contacts panel
Shows all people associated with this deal — buyers, sellers, co-agents, lawyers, etc. Click any name to open their Person Detail page. Add or remove contacts from the deal at any time.Property panel
The linked property (or properties) for this deal. Shows address, listing price, listing status, and a thumbnail. Click to open the Property Detail page.Activity Timeline
Same as the Person Detail timeline, but scoped to this deal:- Calls — Any calls tagged to this deal, with recording and transcript
- Emails — Emails where this deal was referenced
- Notes — Deal-specific notes (e.g., “Client wants to close by March 15”)
- Stage changes — Every pipeline move logged automatically
- Tasks — Associated tasks and their status
Tasks
The Tasks tab shows all tasks linked to this deal. Add new tasks directly here and assign them to yourself or a teammate. Tasks inherit the deal association automatically.Documents
Attach files to the deal — purchase agreements, inspection reports, disclosure forms, etc. Files are stored securely and accessible to all team members with deal access.Financials
Track the deal’s financial details:- Purchase price — Final agreed price
- Commission — Your commission percentage and calculated amount
- Referral splits — If you’re splitting with another agent
- Net commission — After splits and brokerage fees
Notifications
You and your team receive in-app and email notifications when:- A deal hasn’t had activity in X days (configurable)
- The close date is approaching and the deal is still open
- A teammate moves the stage or adds a note
