Pipelines give you a visual kanban view of your deals organized by stage. Rather than a flat list, you see columns representing each stage of your process — drag a deal card across columns as it progresses.

Two types of pipelines

Winnerr has two pipeline types:

Relationship Pipeline

The Relationship Pipeline tracks where you are in your relationship with a contact, regardless of whether there’s an active transaction. Stages might be:
  • New LeadContactedMet in PersonActively WorkingPast Client
This pipeline is always-on and applies to your contact nurturing effort over months or years. Every contact in your database can be in the Relationship Pipeline.

Business Pipelines

Business Pipelines track active real estate transactions. You can have multiple business pipelines — one for buyers, one for sellers, one for rentals, one for pre-construction, etc. Each business pipeline has its own set of stages tailored to that transaction type. For example, a Buyer Pipeline might look like:
  • New Lead → Showing Properties → Offer Submitted → Conditional → Firm → Closed
See Relationship Pipeline and Business Pipelines for details on each.

Kanban board controls

Filtering the board

Use the filter bar at the top to show only:
  • Deals assigned to you
  • Deals with activity this week
  • Deals above a certain value

Sorting columns

Within each stage column, cards are sorted by last activity by default. Change to sort by value, close date, or days in stage.

Collapsing columns

Click the column header to collapse stages you’re not focused on. Useful when you have a large board and want to focus on a few key stages.

Deal card at a glance

Each kanban card shows:
  • Contact name and property address
  • Days in current stage
  • Deal value
  • Assigned agent avatar
  • Last activity timestamp
  • AI urgency badge (Low / Medium / High)

Moving deals

Drag and drop a card to any column to change its stage. A confirmation prompt appears for moves that skip multiple stages. Stage changes are logged automatically.

Creating pipelines

Org admins can create new business pipelines from Organization → Settings. Each pipeline can be customized with:
  • Custom stage names
  • Stage-specific automation triggers
  • Win/loss stage designations

Pipeline analytics

Click Analytics in the top-right of the pipeline view to see:
  • Average time in each stage
  • Conversion rate from stage to stage
  • Total pipeline value
  • Velocity trends over time
