The Properties page is your listing management hub. Every property you’re actively selling, every listing you’ve shown to a buyer, and every property a contact has expressed interest in lives here.

Views

Use the search bar to find a property by address, MLS number, or city.

Filtering properties

Filter by:

• Property type (House, Condo, Townhouse, Commercial, Land)
• Price range
• Bedrooms / Bathrooms
• Square footage
• City / Neighborhood
• Listing status
• Last updated date

Adding a property

Click New Property. Fill in:

• Address (required)
• Property type
• Listing status (For Sale, For Rent, Off Market, Sold)
• Price
• Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Footage
• MLS Number (if listed)
• Listing date and Expiry date
• Associated contacts — Who owns it, who’s buying it, who’s your client
• Associated deal — Link to an active transaction

Importing from MLS

Click Import Properties to pull listings directly from your connected MLS feed. You can search by MLS number, address range, or saved search criteria. Imported properties automatically match against your existing contacts and deals.

Bulk operations

Select multiple properties and apply bulk actions:

• Change listing status
• Assign to an agent
• Add tags
• Export to CSV

Property search

The Property Search tab performs a live MLS search without leaving Winnerr. Search by city, neighborhood, price range, or property type. Results can be saved to your property database or sent directly to a client.

Comparables

The Comparables view lets you group properties for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). Add comparable sales, adjust for differences, and generate a summary to share with a seller client.
