Step 1 — Sign in and create your organization
When you first open Winnerr, you’ll be prompted to sign in with your email. After signing in, you’ll either join an existing team (if your brokerage is already on Winnerr) or create a new organization.Your organization is your private workspace. All your contacts, deals, and data are scoped to it and never shared with other teams.
Step 2 — Connect your phone number
Go to Settings → Phone to provision a Winnerr phone number or connect an existing one. This enables:- Outbound calls directly from the CRM
- Inbound call routing to your browser or forwarded to your mobile
- Automatic call recording and transcription
- SMS messaging linked to contact records
Step 3 — Connect your email
Go to Settings → Email to connect a Gmail or Outlook account via the Nylas integration. Once connected:- Emails you send from Winnerr are sent from your real address
- Replies from contacts land in your Winnerr inbox and are logged to their profile
- Email templates and campaigns use your connected account as the sender
Step 4 — Add your first contacts
Open People in the sidebar. You can:- Click New Person to add a contact manually
- Import a CSV of existing contacts
- Let the Chrome Extension capture leads from MLS or Zillow automatically
Step 5 — Create your first deal
Open Deals and click New Deal. Link it to a contact and a property, set a pipeline stage, and you’re tracking it. Deals move through your pipeline stages as the transaction progresses.Step 6 — Explore your Dashboard
Head back to Home — this is your daily command center. It shows:- Today’s tasks and upcoming appointments
- Recent activity across your contacts
- Your pipeline snapshot
- AI-generated briefing from Winnie
