The Home dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Winnerr. It’s designed to give you a complete picture of your day without having to dig through multiple screens.
What’s on the Dashboard
Winnie’s AI Briefing
At the top of the page, Winnie — your AI assistant — gives you a personalized morning briefing. This includes:
- Leads that have gone cold and need follow-up
- Deals at risk of stalling based on recent inactivity
- Upcoming tasks and appointments for today
- New leads that came in overnight
- Suggested next actions based on your current pipeline
The briefing updates throughout the day. If you close a deal or complete a task, Winnie recalculates and refreshes its recommendations.
Today’s Tasks
A snapshot of tasks due today, pulled from your full task list. You can check items off directly here without navigating to the Tasks page.
Recent Activity
A real-time feed of everything that’s happened across your contacts and deals — calls made, emails opened, deals moved, notes added. Each item is clickable and takes you directly to the relevant record.
Pipeline Snapshot
A high-level view of your active deals broken down by pipeline stage. Shows total deal value per stage so you can quickly spot bottlenecks.
Upcoming Appointments
Your next calendar events pulled from the Calendar. Click any event to open the full appointment details.
Favorites
Below the main dashboard, pinned contacts, deals, and properties that you’ve marked as favorites appear for quick access. You can reorder favorites by dragging them.
Winnie Floating Avatar
In the bottom-right corner of every page, the Winnie avatar provides on-demand AI help. Right-click (or long-press) the avatar to:
- Ask a question about any lead or deal
- Request a quick summary of recent activity
- Snooze the avatar if you need focused time
Tips for getting the most out of the Dashboard
- Start your day here — The AI briefing replaces the need to scroll through a long task list manually.
- Use the activity feed for context — Before a call or meeting, glance at recent activity for that contact.
- Pin your hottest deals — Add your most active deals to Favorites so they’re always one click away from the dashboard.
