AI Settings (/settings/ai) lets you shape how Winnie — your AI assistant — sounds, what she knows, and what she’s allowed to do on your behalf.
Persona
Make Winnie sound like you:
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| AI name | What Winnie calls herself in conversations (default: “Winnie”) |
| Tone | Professional · Friendly · Direct · Conversational |
| Communication style | Long-form explanatory, short and punchy, or balanced |
| Language | Primary language for AI-generated content |
Knowledge base
Feed Winnie information she should know about you and your business:
- Your market — city, neighborhoods, price ranges you specialize in
- Your bio — background, years of experience, certifications
- Your listings — current and recent listings to reference in conversations
- FAQs — common client questions and your preferred answers
- Avoid topics — subjects Winnie should never bring up
Permissions
Control what Winnie is allowed to do on your behalf:
| Permission | Description |
|---|
| Send SMS | Winnie can send texts without asking for approval first |
| Send email | Winnie can send emails autonomously |
| Schedule follow-ups | Winnie can create tasks and calendar events |
| Update CRM records | Winnie can update contact details and deal stages |
Enabling autonomous actions means Winnie will act without a manual approval step. Start with approvals on and gradually grant autonomy as you become comfortable with her behavior.
Compliance

- CAN-SPAM compliance — All AI-generated emails include an unsubscribe link
- Do Not Call — Winnie won’t initiate AI calls to numbers on your DNC list
