Notes let you capture anything that matters about a contact, deal, or property. They’re rich-text, AI-enhanced, and automatically linked to the records they’re about.

Viewing notes

The Notes page shows all notes across your workspace in reverse chronological order. Use the category filters to narrow down:
CategoryWhat it contains
All NotesEvery note you’ve created
Quick NotesFast, unstructured thoughts
Call NotesNotes created during or after a call
Property NotesNotes about specific listings
People NotesNotes about contacts

Creating a note

Click New Note or press N anywhere in the app for a quick note. The compose window includes:
  • Rich text editor — Bold, italic, bullet lists, headings
  • Category — Quick, Call, Property, or People note
  • Link to contact — Associate with a person
  • Link to deal — Associate with a transaction
  • Link to property — Associate with a listing
  • Tags — Add custom labels for filtering
After any call, Winnerr auto-creates a Call Note template pre-filled with the contact’s name, call duration, and a transcript excerpt. Just add your observations and save.

AI-assisted notes

Click the Enhance with AI button on any note to have Winnie:
  • Clean up grammar and formatting
  • Summarize a long note into bullet points
  • Suggest follow-up actions based on the note content

Collaborative notes (Live Edit)

Any note shared with your organization (or with mentioned teammates) supports real-time collaborative editing — multiple teammates can edit the same note at once, similar to Google Docs. You’ll see each person’s live cursor, edits merge without overwriting each other, and everything syncs instantly with no refresh. Private notes stay solo. See Real-time collaboration for the full picture, including live presence across deals, contacts, pipelines, scripts, and files.

Note visibility

Notes are visible to all members of your organization by default. To create a private note (visible only to you), toggle Private when creating the note.

Accessing notes from records

Notes don’t just live on the Notes page — they appear inline on the relevant Person Detail, Deal Detail, and Property Detail pages in the activity timeline. You’ll always see notes in context.

Searching notes

Use the search bar on the Notes page to search across all note content. Full-text search is supported, so you can find notes that mention a specific property address, client name, or any keyword.
