Calendar Settings (/settings/calendar) connects your external calendar, defines your availability, and controls how appointments are scheduled from Winnerr.
Connected calendars
Winnerr syncs with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Connect your primary calendar so that:
- Meetings booked through your portal appear automatically
- Existing events block your availability
- Call and showing summaries are optionally added as calendar events
Connecting Google Calendar
- Click Connect Google Calendar
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant Winnerr permission to read and write calendar events
- Choose which calendar to use as your primary booking calendar
Connecting Outlook / Microsoft 365
Same flow — click Connect Outlook, authenticate, and choose your calendar.
Availability
Define your default working hours so the scheduling system only offers times you’re actually free:
| Day | Start time | End time | Available |
|---|
| Monday | 9:00 AM | 6:00 PM | ✓ |
| Saturday | 10:00 AM | 2:00 PM | ✓ |
| Sunday | — | — | ✗ |
You can set different hours per day, or mark days as unavailable entirely.
Booking buffer
Add breathing room between appointments:
- Before event — preparation time (e.g., 15 min before a showing)
- After event — wrap-up time before the next booking
Meeting types
Create reusable meeting types (similar to Calendly event types) that your clients can book:
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Name | e.g., “30-Minute Intro Call” |
| Duration | 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes |
| Location | Video link, phone, or in-person address |
| Description | Shown to clients on the booking page |
Scheduling link
Your scheduling link is auto-generated from your portal URL. Share it in emails or add it to your email signature so clients can book time without back-and-forth.
Add your scheduling link to your email signature. Winnie will include it automatically when she drafts meeting-request replies.
