Billing (/settings/billing) shows your current plan, usage, payment method, and invoice history.

Current plan

Your plan determines:
  • Number of users / seats in your organization
  • AI credits (message drafts, transcriptions, workflow suggestions)
  • Phone minutes included per month
  • Access to premium features (power dialer, advanced analytics, etc.)
Click Upgrade to move to a higher plan, or Manage Plan to change your billing cycle (monthly ↔ annual).
Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. You can switch to annual at any time — you’ll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current month.

Payment method

  • View or update your credit card on file
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Your full card number is never stored by Winnerr

Invoices

Download past invoices as PDFs. Each invoice shows:
  • Billing period
  • Plan fee
  • Usage overages (if any)
  • Add-on subscriptions from the Store
  • Total charged

Canceling your subscription

Canceling stops future charges but keeps your account active until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted unless you reactivate. Contact support@winnerr.com if you need to pause your account or discuss enterprise pricing.
