Marketing Overview page

The main /marketing page shows a high-level summary of your marketing activity:
  • Lead sources breakdown — Where your leads are coming from (referral, MLS, website, social, QR code, etc.)
  • Campaign performance — Email and SMS campaign stats at a glance
  • Recent lead activity — Newest leads generated through marketing channels
  • QR code scans — How many times your QR codes have been scanned

QR Code Manager

Generate branded QR codes in seconds. Each QR code can point to:
  • Your client portal (personalized per client)
  • A specific property listing
  • A lead capture form
  • Your contact details (vCard)
Click New QR Code from the marketing overview (or sidebar under Marketing → New QR Code). Download as SVG or PNG for print materials, signs, and digital ads.

Lead Generation

The Lead Generation section tracks inbound lead sources and lets you create lead capture forms. Each form submission creates a new contact in Winnerr and can trigger a workflow (e.g., auto-send a welcome email, assign to a pipeline stage).

Landing Pages

Create simple one-page lead capture pages without needing a web developer. Choose a template, customize the headline and form fields, publish, and share the link.

Social Media

Track engagement from your social media profiles by linking your accounts. See which social posts are driving the most clicks through to your listings or portal.

Marketing Analytics

Click Analytics to see deeper reporting on your marketing performance — ROI by channel, campaign click-through rates, and lead-to-deal conversion rates from marketing sources.
