When a referral converts to a closed deal, Winnerr notifies you that a reward is ready. You fulfill it on your own (Winnerr moves no money), mark it sent with one tap, and the referrer receives an automatic thank-you over the channel you choose. Managed under Marketing → Reputation → Rewards.

The reward loop

Fulfillment is always manual today — Winnerr records the lifecycle but does not transfer money or issue cards on your behalf.

Reward policy

The Reward policy card at the top of the Rewards page sets your default reward for all converted referrals. Save the policy once and it applies to every future converted referral. You can update it at any time.

The reward queue

Below the policy editor, the queue shows referrals that need action. Use the Pending / Sent filter tabs to switch between the two lanes. Pending — referrals with a reward that has not been marked sent yet. Each card shows the referred person’s name, the reward summary, and any notes. Sent — referrals where you have already marked the reward sent. The card shows the date the reward was sent.

Marking a reward sent

  1. Find the referral in the Pending tab.
  2. Click Mark reward sent on the card.
  3. Winnerr stamps the reward as SENT and, if your policy has Auto-thank on, immediately sends the referrer a thank-you over the configured channel.
If the referrer has opted out of marketing communications, or has no email address or phone number for the chosen channel, the thank-you is skipped silently — the reward is still marked sent.

Thank-you messages

When auto-thank fires, Winnerr sends a brief message from the agent to the referrer:
  • Email — a short note with the agent’s name and brokerage, rendered via Resend.
  • SMS — a concise text from your Winnerr phone number.
  • Email & text — both, subject to separate per-channel consent.
The referrer must have given marketing consent for the chosen channel (emailMarketingConsent or smsMarketingConsent) and must not be marked Do Not Contact. If either condition is not met for a channel, that channel is skipped; the other channel may still send.
