Open House Manager replaces a paper sign-in sheet with a self check-in page visitors fill out on their own phone. Each check-in becomes a contact in your CRM and a logged showing on the property — no data entry, no re-typing a clipboard after the event.
This is a newly rolled-out feature. The core flow — host, check in, follow up — works end to end, but it’s an early slice: there’s no printable sign sheet, no multi-event analytics dashboard, and no support yet for recurring or multi-day events or co-hosting agents.

Hosting an open house

From a property’s detail page, click Host Open House. Fill in:
  • Title (optional) — e.g. “Sunday Open House”
  • Starts / Ends — defaults to a two-hour window starting two hours from now; adjust as needed
  • Notes (optional) — anything for your own reference, like “Parking out back, shoes off at the door…”
Click Create open house. Winnerr generates a unique check-in link and QR code for this event. Once created, you get:
  • Check-in link — copy it with one click to text, AirDrop, or post at the door
  • QR code — display it on a tablet, printed sign, or your phone at the sign-in table
  • Open live visitor list — jumps to the host view (see below)
Visitors scan the QR or open the link on their own phone — no app, no login.

What visitors see

The check-in page shows the open house title (or “Welcome — please sign in” if no title was set), the property address, and who’s hosting. Visitors fill in:
  • Your name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • When are you looking to buy? — Ready now, 0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6+ months, or Just browsing
  • Do you have an agent representing you? — Yes or No
Tapping Check in confirms with “You’re checked in” and a thank-you message. If the event has ended, visitors instead see “This open house has ended.”

What happens automatically after a check-in

Each check-in:
  • Creates (or matches, if they’re already in your CRM) a Person record, scoped to your organization
  • Logs an open house showing on the property, including their buying timeline and agent status
  • Enters your normal AI follow-up pipeline the same way any other new lead does — so your existing automated first-touch and scoring rules apply without any extra setup
  • Triggers an instant thank-you SMS to the visitor’s phone, referencing the property address
The thank-you SMS only sends if your brokerage has an active Twilio number configured. If none is set up, the SMS step is silently skipped — the check-in itself, the Person record, and the showing are unaffected. Configure a number under Settings → Phone to enable it.

The host visitor list

Click Open live visitor list from the host dialog, or return to it anytime from the property page. This view shows:
  • The event title (or property address), status badge, and address
  • A running visitor count
  • Each visitor’s name, buying timeline, agent status, and check-in time, newest activity reflected automatically — the list polls for updates every few seconds, so no manual refresh is needed
Use the status button to move the event forward:
  • Go live — advances a scheduled event to live
  • End open house — closes check-in; the public link stops accepting new visitors and shows visitors the “ended” message
Go live right before visitors start arriving, and end the open house as soon as it wraps — once ended, the check-in link stops accepting new sign-ins.
