The Import page (/people/import) lets you bring contacts into Winnerr in bulk from CSV files, MLS exports, or other data sources.

Import methods

CSV upload

  1. Click Import on the People page or go to /people/import
  2. Upload a CSV or Excel file
  3. Winnerr auto-detects columns and maps them to contact fields
  4. Review the mapping — adjust any columns that weren’t auto-matched
  5. Click Preview to see the first 10 rows as they’ll appear in your CRM
  6. Click Import to create the contacts

Column mapping

Winnerr recognizes common column names automatically:
CSV ColumnMaps to
Name, Full Namename
Email, Email Addressemail
Phone, Mobile, Cellphone
Type, Contact TypecontactType
Source, Lead Sourcesource
Address, Streetaddress
Tags, Labelstags
Unrecognized columns can be manually mapped or skipped.

Duplicate detection

Before importing, Winnerr checks for duplicates by phone number and email. For each match, you can:
  • Skip — Don’t import the duplicate
  • Update — Merge new data into the existing record
  • Create anyway — Import as a separate contact

MLS import

Import contacts from your MLS system directly:
  1. Ensure your MLS integration is connected in Settings → Integrations
  2. Go to People → Import → MLS
  3. Search by MLS number, agent name, or date range
  4. Select the contacts to import
  5. Confirm and import

Chrome Extension import

The Winnerr Chrome Extension can capture contact information from Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS websites. Click the extension icon while viewing a listing or agent profile to add them to your CRM instantly.

Post-import

After import completes, you’ll see a summary:
  • Created — New contacts added
  • Updated — Existing contacts merged
  • Skipped — Duplicates or invalid rows
  • Errors — Rows that couldn’t be processed (with reasons)
Imported contacts appear immediately in your People list and can be assigned to pipelines, tagged, and added to campaigns.
After a large import, create a saved filter for “Imported today” and review the contacts before adding them to automation workflows.
